Steve brings over 18 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 25 years of distinguished military service, Steve has built a career rooted in excellence, leadership, and dedication to patient care. He began his military career as a flight medic and progressed to become a flight nurse instructor and examiner. His service includes multiple combat deployments and operations, where he honed his expertise in critical care, leadership, and decision-making in high-pressure environments.

In his civilian career, Steve has worked as an emergency nurse, nurse manager, and critical care flight nurse on an air ambulance, providing advanced care to critically ill and injured patients in both hospital and pre-hospital settings. His passion for education and mentorship led him to become a nursing instructor, where he inspires the next generation of healthcare professionals. Furthering his commitment to professional development, Steve earned an MBA in Healthcare Management, equipping him with the business acumen to complement his clinical expertise.

As a founder of Drips IV & Wellness, Steve oversees key business operations, including strategic planning, finance, marketing, and business development. His vision for innovation and collaboration has helped position Drips IV & Wellness as a leader in client-centered wellness services. With a passion for holistic health, Steve is dedicated to making high-quality wellness solutions accessible to all, empowering clients to achieve their health goals.

Michelle Dixon is a dedicated nurse practitioner with a rich and diverse background in healthcare. With over 20 years of nursing experience in critical care and urgent care, she is currently licensed and certified in adult gerontology, primary care, and  specializes in nephrology.

 Michelle has developed a deep understanding of patient care and chronic disease management. Her nursing career reflects a lifelong commitment to improving the lives of others through compassionate and expert care.

An 8-year U.S. Army veteran as a medic, Michelle brings the discipline, dedication, and resilience she honed during her military service to her work in the wellness industry.

As the Medical Director of Drips IV & Wellness, Michelle utilizes her clinical expertise to guide innovative, personalized treatment. Dave brings over 17 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and more than 30 years as a Paramedic to Drips IV & Wellness. His diverse background spans critical care settings, including the ICU, Emergency Department, Emergency Medical Services, and professional fire service. These experiences have sharpened his skills in managing high-pressure situations and delivering advanced, compassionate care.

Dave’s expertise in IV therapy and patient care is a cornerstone of Drips IV & Wellness. His ability to deliver safe, effective treatments tailored to each client’s needs has made him a trusted figure in the wellness community. Known for his precision and calming presence, Dave creates an environment that prioritizes both comfort and results.

Before founding Drips IV & Wellness, Dave owned and operated a successful mobile IV therapy company. He also has extensive experience in the med spa and IV wellness industries, giving him invaluable insights into delivering a seamless, luxury experience.
